Well Beings Workshop: Faith and Life: Understanding Trauma
Facilitator: Christian Swan
Workshop summary: This is a workshop designed for individuals who would like to learn more about trauma and the body. Participants will walk away with a greater understanding of trauma, how to support those affected by it, and how to practice good soul care in the midst of caregiving. While it is likely that many participants may have experienced trauma themselves, it is important to note that this content could be triggering for individuals who have recently been diagnosed with PTSD or who are currently experiencing high levels of post traumatic symptoms. Please be gentle with yourself as you consider how this seminar will contribute to your overall health.
