Internationally known author and corporate trainer, Randy Ferguson, has facilitated culture-building leadership programs in Germany, Spain, Thailand, Mexico and extensively throughout the U.S. His clients have included Fortune 500 executives from Ford, Mazda, International Truck, Novartis, Gerber and multiple branches of the US Government.
A few of his non-profit clients include Habitat for Humanity, Volunteers of America, the Alzheimer’s Association, and the Cancer League of Colorado. In his professional career, he has led over 1,000 seminars on leadership and personal development. Additionally, Randy has provided one on one life-coaching for over 2,000 individuals and has been a frequent contributor on Denver’s Channel 2 television station.
In the early 90’s, Randy founded the Love, Courage and Achievement Project, a seminar program that lifts the barriers that hold people back — freeing them to create an extraordinary life. His business degree from Arizona State University and his Masters degree in Spiritual Psychology, offer an educational background that is both practical and visionary.
